ASN is looking for an experienced AI Program Lead to lead enterprise AI initiatives from strategy and opportunity assessment through deployment, governance, adoption, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and prioritize the AI portfolio and roadmap
- Establish AI governance, policies, and operating models
- Identify high-value AI use cases and turn them into executable programs
- Oversee AI agents, automation, and solution delivery
- Define KPIs, track adoption, ROI, and business value
- Coordinate business, technology, data, security, and external partners
- Drive AI adoption through workshops, training, and change management
- Support responsible AI, security, compliance, and risk management

Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years in technology, transformation, consulting, or program management




- 5+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and data
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Robust executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and enterprise AI platforms
- Knowledge of AI governance, data governance, security, and responsible AI
- NIST AI RMF, COBIT, or similar frameworks is an asset
- The ideal candidate combines AI expertise, business strategy, program leadership, and governance to turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
