We are an Award Winning, dynamic, collaborative Architectural and design team providing Single-Family Residential Design services to clients throughout the Greater Vancouver area; with a mission of Service, Excellence and Innovation.

This position is on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis.

:

- Architectural Design for renovations, custom homes, multi-unit and T.I projects
- Oversee on site measuring and drawing of as built conditions.
- Oversee + develop and draw working drawings for construction and permitting by utilizing AutoCAD, based on sketches and designs.
- Oversee + generate 3D drawings
- On site meetings with clients, professionals, and team members
- Architectural Design for renovations, custom homes, multi unit and T.I projects
- Civic liaison working with municipalities for permit application process

Requirements:

- Architect AIBC or in process of securing A.I.B.C certification
- Minimum 10 years experience in the B.C. single-family residential construction industry




- Clear + current knowledge of the B.C. Building and Step Code & Municipal By Laws
- Experience with both renovation and recent construction Part 9 single-family residential
- Excellent communication skills and composure
- Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
- Experience and proficiency of AutoCAD and google SketchUp in addition to other similar software
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer skills
- Understanding of Worksafe BC residential construction Health & Safety Guidelines
- In this position you will be held to a high standard and must be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in this field. And build a growing collaborative team
- Built Green, Net Zero, Passive House and high-performance design experience is an asset.
