Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Manage laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each current guest

- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to maintain a fully equipped space

- Conduct detailed inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly





- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring every property meets company quality benchmarks

Requirements

- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple turnovers efficiently

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Basic laundry skills and familiarity with cleaning products and equipment

- Self motivating and strong attention to detail

- Must have reliable transportation

- Availability between 10 am -4 pm

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
