M1 AME Position available

Oceanside Aviation Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated licensed M1 AME to support the company’s maintenance operation at Debert, Nova Scotia. We are a Transport Canada Authorized Maintenance Organization (AMO 1-05). We conduct scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on a variety of GA aircraft including but not limited to Cessna 100, 200, 300 and 400 series; Piper PA28, PA30, PA31 and PA34 series; Beechcraft; Diamond and Cirrus aircraft.

Experience on Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Caravan and Air Tractor AT-802 would be considered an asset.

Position: Permanent full time, starting immediately.

Location: Debert, Nova Scotia

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience

Benefits: Health and Dental, shared between employee and company

Work Schedule: 40 Hours per week. Monday to Friday, occasional weekend and OT maybe required for AOG situations.



Company pays time and a half for hours over 40 in a week.

Applicants must have at a minimum, a valid M1 AME License with 2 years experience. Preference will be given to those with experience working on Cessna and Piper Aircraft.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

- Canadian Citizen or landed immigrant, with the legal ability to work in Canada.
- Valid Canadian M1 AME License, with the ability to pass a Transport Canada examination if required.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Experience in a maintenance workplace.
