This is a part-time role to start, with flexibility for more hours and long-term growth. Shifts may take place at either of our vibrant downtown locations: Deville Coffee – The Post or Bentall 5.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, enjoys being part of a busy and supportive café team, and brings great energy and attention to detail; both with customers and behind the scenes.

Requirements:

- Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but not required if you’re a fast learner with the right attitude.
- Able to work weekdays and/or weekends as needed.
- Able to lift 20–25lbs and stay on your feet during shifts.
- Willing to work at either The Post or Bentall 5 location as scheduled.
