- Demonstrate leadership consistent with Bombardier Aerospace’s vision and values. How to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Science, combined with 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a complex, regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment) in a role related to quality or production.
- Demonstrated strong proficiency across key technical and organizational competencies.
- Hands‑on knowledge of quality processes, including risk identification and prioritization (FMEA), risk‑reduction strategies, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of quality standards and airworthiness regulations, including TCCA/FAA/JAA, ISO 9001, and AS9100.
- Experience in change management and configuration management.
- Familiarity with technical drawing standards and practical experience with engineering change control.
- Strong problem‑solving creativity and a solid analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Six Sigma and APQP experience considered an asset.
