Autocare Montréal agrandit son équipe et on cherche quelqu'un de motivé pour apprendre le métier avec nous. Poste payé, temps partiel ou temps plein — on s'ajuste à ton horaire. T'es passionné(e) par les chars, tu veux apprendre sur le tas avec du vrai monde d'expérience? On veut te rencontrer.

Ce que tu vas faire:

- Donner un coup de main aux mécanos seniors pendant les inspections et réparations
- Faire des changements d'huile et de l'entretien de base (avec supervision au début)
- Te familiariser avec les outils manuels et électriques
- Apprendre à lire des schémas et manuels techniques pour aider au diagnostic
- Participer au démontage/remontage de pièces
- Donner un coup de main pour la manutention de pièces et équipements
- Noter le travail fait, les pièces utilisées, les inspections
- Préparer les postes de travail, ranger les outils, suivre les instructions des techniciens

Ce qu'on cherche:
- Un intérêt réel pour la mécanique automobile
- Expérience en garage, un atout — mais pas obligatoire
- À l'aise avec les outils manuels et électriques
- Capable de lire des schémas techniques (ou prêt à apprendre)
- Pas gêné(e) de lever des trucs lourds de façon sécuritaire
- Bonne attitude avec l'équipe et les clients
- Fiable, ponctuel(le), et prêt(e) à mettre les mains dans le cambouis

Autocare Montréal is growing our team and we're looking for someone motivated to learn the trade with us. Paid position, part-time or full-time — we'll work around your schedule. If you're passionate about cars and want to learn hands-on from experienced pros, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

- Help senior mechanics with inspections and repairs
- Do oil changes and basic maintenance (with supervision at first)
- Get comfortable with hand and power tools
- Learn to read schematics and technical manuals to help with diagnostics
- Take part in disassembling/reassembling parts
- Help with lifting and moving parts and equipment
- Keep track of work done, parts used, and inspection results
- Set up work areas, organize tools, and follow instructions from senior techs

What we're looking for:
- A genuine interest in automotive mechanics
- Shop experience is a plus — but not required
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Able to read technical diagrams (or willing to learn)
- Not afraid of heavy lifting done safely
- Positive attitude with the team and customers
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to get your hands dirty
