Your role includes financial analysis, strategic planning, and investment evaluation. You will enhance long-term asset performance through effective collaboration across Property Management, Finance, and Development. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual business plans for portfolio assets
- Evaluate leasing trends and operational performance
- Provide recommendations to support investment decisions




- Participate in capital planning and due diligence
- Prepare presentations for senior leadership and investors

Requirements:

- Proven financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience in residential real estate asset management
- Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships across multiple teams
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi
