Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $ 85,000 - $ 105,000 12-Month Contract We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success in driving organizational agility and speed an Assistant Brand Manager on our Consumer Marketing team. Reporting to the Respiratory Portfolio Lead, the Assistant Brand Manager, NeoCitran will lead the strategic growth and marketing plans. In this role you will develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand and marketing programs.

You will measure performance, identify growth opportunities, support media strategy and planning, and manage the brand budget to optimize spending. Hybrid model in a contemporary office located in Mississauga. Oversee day-to-day brand administration including P&L; oversight, demand planning, consumption forecasting, marketing spend management, & digital commerce and media plan performance tracking.

Lead market analysis that delivers a strong understanding of the external market and category landscape on the consumer, customer and competitive fronts while ensuring timely identification of risks and/or opportunities with the development of action plans to address these. Develop brand objectives, goals, strategies, and measurements to meet or exceed sales and profit targets through the annual commercial planning process Partner with cross-functional team (including Global Brand Team, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Supply, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Media & Creative Agencies, etc.) Media Lead, Digital Marketing Manager),



and external agency partners to produce and traffic creative assets in support of media plan delivery. Bachelor’s degree required ~1-3 years marketing experience within CPG ~ Passion for the consumer and brand building ~ MBA is an asset While we utilize AI tools to assist in ranking candidate profiles based on their experience and alignment with job requisitions, these tools are used solely to support our teams in reviewing applications more efficiently.
