Position

- DuBois Chemicals Canada is offering an 8-12 month co-op position.
- The position will be based in our Vancouver office with some prospect for local travel.
- The candidate will be part of a technical Project Management team, working alongside Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and the Manager of the Project Management Office.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Component selection and sourcing

- Preparation of quotations
- Preparation of 3D models of piping assemblies in AutoCAD
- Preparation of BOMs of piping assemblies
- Project Coordination (task tracking, minute preparation, schedule updates)

- Backup for Shipping/Receiving

- Equipment troubleshooting and testing
- Participation in customer service and technical issue resolution
- Hands on assembly and testing of piping and instrumentation

Requirements:

- Minimum two-year completion of a Mechanical, Materials,



Electrical or Chemical Engineering program

- Laboratory experience is desirable
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details is required
- Ability to work to deadlines, sense of urgency
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- AutoCAD experience is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office applications

- Excellent communication skills

OTHER INFORMATION:

- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay Range: $23.00 - 25.00/HR
