We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager - Food Services to lead our dynamic food operation. Duties

- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and conducting interviews
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Manage cash handling procedures, including POS transactions using Micros POS systems, ensuring accuracy and security
- Enforce food safety protocols and proper food handling practices in compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and optimal service flow
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed,



and control waste to maximize profitability
- Implement restaurant policies and procedures to uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food service environment or restaurant management role
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a cooperative environment
- Background in restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality, serving, and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing staff interviewing processes and team development
