Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the Manager in daily operations and team management.

-Carry bottles to and from customers’ vehicles, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

-Clean, stock, and organize the storefront.

-Receive payments, answer phones, and take/relay messages.

-Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.

-Delegate tasks effectively among team members.

-Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.

-Help with monitoring inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.

-Be prepared to help in other departments as needed, including our delivery and installations.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is required.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.





-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
