Flourish Salon & Medi Spa is seeking an accomplished, highly skilled Medical Esthetician & Assistant Salon Manager to join our leadership team. This dual‑role position blends advanced clinical esthetics expertise with operational leadership, team mentorship, and luxury client experience management. Key Responsibilities:

Medical Esthetics

- Perform advanced medical esthetic treatments with exceptional precision, safety, and client care, including:

- Laser hair removal

- Hydrafacial

- Chemical peels

- Microneedling

- Dermaplanining

- Acne, pigmentation, and anti‑aging protocols

- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Maintain strict adherence to clinical sanitation, sterilization, and infection‑control standards.

- Document client progress, treatment notes, and contraindications with accuracy.

- Recommend home‑care regimens and support retail sales through education‑based guidance.

- Stay current with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.

Assistant Salon Management

- Support the Salon Manager with daily operations, workflow coordination, and staff oversight.

- Lead by example in professionalism, client experience, and service excellence.

- Assist with scheduling, team communication, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Mentor junior estheticians and stylists, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.





- Uphold brand standards across all service areas, ensuring a luxury guest experience.

- Support inventory management, ordering, and back‑bar organization.

- Address client concerns with diplomacy, professionalism, and solution‑focused communication.

- Contribute to marketing initiatives, service launches, and promotional planning.

- Step into leadership responsibilities when the Salon Manager is off‑site.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a clinical or medi‑spa environment.

- Minimum 5+ years in a salon or spa leadership role (assistant manager, lead esthetician, supervisor).

- Advanced certifications in laser technologies, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and other medical esthetic modalities.

- Strong understanding of skin physiology, contraindications, and treatment customization.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.

- Exceptional client communication skills with a luxury‑service mindset.

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑service environment.
