Assistant Sales Manager (Full time)

Fairchild Television Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support day-to-day sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue across our television, broadcast, event, and marketing platforms.

Job Duties

- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Explore, develop, and pitch new accounts and business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
- Prepare and present proposals, sales packages, and integrated advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Support event- and marketing-driven projects, from client pitching and sponsorship development through coordination and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies, and assist with negotiations and account follow-up.
- Monitor sales pipelines, client activities, and market opportunities, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in the media, broadcasting, or advertising agency industry is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to develop new business, pitch prospective clients, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong experience or interest in event sponsorship, promotions, and marketing-driven projects.
- High level of proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
