OVERVIEW:

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will support the execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the Prollenium's product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, campaign execution, and market growth. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and data-driven, with a passion for building strong, differentiated brands. This role reports to the Global Brand Manager.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the development and execution of brand plans
- Assist in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, HCP, and clinic-facing)




- Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and external agencies to deliver campaigns
- Lead the development of marketing materials, sales tools, and digital assets
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities
- Monitor brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and competitive landscape
- Support content creation aligned with brand positioning and messaging
- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Knowledge/Experience:

- 3–5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty)
- Strong understanding of branding and campaign execution
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
