We are looking for a reliable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dough, chop toppings, assemble pizzas, and operate our ovens to deliver high-quality meals to our customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and other ingredients daily.
- Portion, chop, and slice meats, vegetables, and cheeses.
- Assemble pizzas according to customer orders and standard recipes.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cook times for perfect crusts.
- Keep the kitchen, counters, and utensils clean and sanitized.
- Track inventory levels and restock stations during quiet periods.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook, pizza maker, or kitchen assistant.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or conveyor ovens.
- Solid knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work fast and stay calm during busy rush hours.
- Excellent teamwork and clear communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20 kg.
