Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a robust commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental services, promote oral health education, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care with precision and professionalism.
- Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose dental conditions using medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs while explaining procedures clearly.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of patient care.
- Assist in training staff on new technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems for restorative procedures.




- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations within the practice environment.
- Provide compassionate care for pediatric patients, including those requiring specialized pediatric dentistry techniques.

Experience

- Proven experience working as a dentist in a clinical setting, preferably with familiarity in using Epic and Dentrix practice management systems.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, medical terminology, and current best practices in dentistry.
- Experience providing dental care for pediatric patients is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CAD technology used in restorative dentistry enhances treatment capabilities.
- Prior experience working in a busy dental office environment demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, explaining treatment options clearly and empathetically.
- A valid dental license in good standing is required; additional certifications or training in pediatric dentistry is a plus.

Pay: $102,019.83-$417,498.47 per year
