Key Responsibilities:



• Design and lead a donor recognition and stewardship program • Create engaging stewardship strategies that connect donors to their impact • Develop tailored plans for major donor engagements • Coordinate cultivation and recognition events for donors • Oversee accurate tracking of donor stewardship activities

Requirements: • Relevant university degree in fundraising or related area • At least five years in donor relations or major gifts • Familiarity with health care fundraising preferred • Proven strategic initiative in donor engagement • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
