The ideal candidate will:

- Be a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Have an established practice.
- Have experience in general solicitor work.
- Be confident managing files independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong client service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Have an entrepreneurial and business-minded approach to their practice.
- Value collaboration and contributing positively to a professional team workplace.
