Lawyer – location : Riverview/Moncton, New Brunswick.

We are looking for full time associates. Pay will be dependent on experience, billable hours and other factors.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Articling period completed ;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Manage family law files, including divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements, settlements, separation agreements, parenting time, support and division of property;
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, agreements, and court materials;
- Wills and estate work, real estate transactions, other areas of law you have an interest in;
- Legal research
- Court appearances, advising clients, managing files and scheduling




- Already a member of the New Brunswick Bar in good standing ;
- Have good judgment;
- Must have a driver's licence.

Qualifications
- Member in good standing of the New

Brunswick Law Society
- Some court experience
- Strong Research and writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- To have the ability to work independently
- Commitment to client service and legal excellence

The ability to communicate, practice and write in English is required
