About The Chance Step into a pivotal contract role where you will serve as a key driver for AI and automation initiatives. You will be instrumental in launching practical AI solutions, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and AI teams.

This position offers an unparalleled chance to gain hands-on experience delivering cutting-edge AI solutions within a large enterprise, building expertise in AI product delivery, automation, and emerging technologies. You will contribute directly to one of Canada’s most visible AI transformation initiatives, with opportunities to extend your impact as future phases unfold, shaping how a prominent retailer leverages advanced technology.

What You’ll Do

- Review and document business requirements from multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Coordinate AI and automation initiatives from initial planning stages through to successful implementation.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.




- Track project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, manage action items, and monitor dependencies.
- Actively review AI-generated outputs and participate in crucial testing and validation activities.
- Analyze project metrics, AI performance, and operational reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, release notes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project management tool entries.
- Coordinate seamless communication between Product, Engineering, Content, and third-party implementation partners.
- Support business readiness, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth project launches.

What You’ll Bring

- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Digital Delivery, or Project Coordination.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI evaluation, or automation projects.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and working directly with diverse stakeholders.
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.




- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong Excel skills and experience creating insightful reports or dashboards.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a strong commitment to follow-through.
- A genuine curiosity and passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

- Ecommerce or retail industry experience.
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM), Product Content Management (PCM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management Systems (CMS), or similar platforms.
- Power BI experience for advanced data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Change management or training experience.
