Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Auto Appraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating vehicles to determine their condition, and necessary repairs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our appraisal process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and identify any mechanical issues.
- Evaluate vehicle features, history, and market trends to determine accurate appraisals.
- Provide detailed reports on vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
- Communicate findings clearly to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.




- Collaborate with dealership staff and other departments to ensure a seamless appraisal process.
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and best practices in automotive appraisal.

Requirements

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
