Overview

As an Auto Body Estimator, you will evaluate vehicle collision damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and act as the primary liaison between customers, insurance companies, and our shop technicians to ensure smooth, timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect collision-damaged vehicles to create thorough, detailed repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell, CCC ONE).
- Identify hidden structural or mechanical damage and file supplements with insurance adjusters as needed.
- Explain repair processes, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers and answer questions professionally.




- Coordinate with shop foremen and technicians to ensure work orders are accurate and repairs stay on schedule.
- Order necessary parts and manage job files to maintain shop flow and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of collision estimating or auto body shop experience preferred.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency with major estimating systems (Audatex, Mitchell, or CCC ONE).
- License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Skills: Strong customer service, negotiating, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
