- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Requirements: Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in automotive body repair, collision repair, fabrication, commercial vehicle repair, or a related trade is strongly preferred.
- Experience repairing dents, body panels, rust, and damaged metal is preferred.
- Experience working on commercial trucks or truck bodies is a strong asset.
- Experience with woodworking or repairing wood flat decks is an asset.

Skills & Attributes

- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to determine practical repair solutions.
- Comfortable working on different types of vehicles and repair projects.
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple repair projects and priorities.
- Physically capable of performing manual work, lifting materials, bending, kneeling, and working around commercial vehicles.
- Solid commitment to workplace safety.
Licensing
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Auto Body and Collision Technician certification or equivalent trade certification is an asset but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
What We Offer
- Full-time employment with 40 hours per week.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- Prospect to work on a diverse range of automotive and commercial vehicles.
- Variety of work beyond traditional automotive collision repair.
- Stable, long-term employment with a growing dealership.
- Opportunities to expand your skills and responsibilities.
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
We are looking for someone who is a hands-on problem solver. Commercial vehicles do not always require conventional body-shop repairs, so the right candidate should be comfortable assessing a problem and determining the best way to repair it. Pay: From $25.00 per hour
