Duties

- Assist experienced technicians with diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues using hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Learn to interpret technical diagrams and schematics to understand vehicle systems and repairs.
- Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components during repair or maintenance procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety protocols.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving parts or equipment around the workshop.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and parts are properly stored for efficiency.

Requirements

- Previous dealership experience or hands-on automotive repair exposure is a plus but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems is preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong interest in automotive repair, maintenance, and learning current skills on the job.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures diligently and work as part of a team.
