Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Detail Supervisor to lead our Detail Department. In this role, you will oversee the cleaning and finishing of vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and appearance. You will supervise a team of detailers, coordinate daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding vehicle presentation.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate the detail team to deliver top-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services
- Coordinate daily workflow to meet service deadlines and maintain efficiency
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned thoroughly, including interior, exterior, and engine bay as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in the work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded




- Hiring and training recent team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing, with previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products used in automotive detailing
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to lead a team effectively, motivate staff, and manage daily operations
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
