We’re growing and looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Floor Sales Representative who knows how to connect with customers, close deals, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

The Opportunity

As a Floor Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers from their first showroom visit through vehicle selection, test drives, negotiation, and closing. You’ll have access to a strong inventory and a busy dealership environment with plenty of opportunities to sell and earn.

Compensation: Minimum $60,000/year with strong earning potential based on performance.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs, budget, and preferences
- Build genuine relationships and create a comfortable, professional sales experience
- Present vehicles confidently and explain features, benefits, pricing, and available options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing
- Follow up with showroom, phone, and online leads
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining excellent customer service




- Maintain strong knowledge of current dealership inventory
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Work closely with Finance and Management to ensure smooth transactions and deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets

What We’re Looking For
- OMVIC Certification – REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience – REQUIRED
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and active-listening abilities
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to manage multiple customers and leads in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and follow-up skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an asset
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence preferred
- Must be available to work alternate Sundays
