Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on automotive parts, accessories, and related products
- Assist customers in locating parts using POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory databases
- Manage order fulfillment efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and delivery of parts
- Maintain organized stock shelves and ensure the cleanliness of the sales floor and storage areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Support automotive repair teams by providing necessary parts promptly and accurately
- Use Microsoft Excel or other software tools to track inventory levels, sales data, and reorder points
- Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages if bilingual skills are available




- Collaborate with team members to implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement
- Follow safety protocols for maintenance of equipment like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or retail sales background within an automotive setting preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and order fulfillment processes
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, maintenance procedures, and parts specifications
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is a plus
- Ability to negotiate sales terms confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory calculations
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, order processing, and documentation efficiently
