Duties

- Actively engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) interactions and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing leads.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, emphasizing features, benefits, and value propositions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with dealership goals.
- Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure seamless customer service, timely follow-ups, and accurate record keeping.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones,



leveraging multilingual skills such as Spanish or other languages to reach diverse audiences.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, tracking progress and setting future appointments.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects, ensuring clear and courteous interactions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in dealership or retail automotive sales, with a strong understanding of high-end vehicle markets.
- Exceptional communication skills, including bilingual abilities such as Spanish or other languages preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
- Knowledge of sales management principles and experience supporting marketing initiatives.
- Excellent customer service orientation combined with effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math proficiency for calculating deals, payments, and financing options.
- Previous experience in upselling strategies and B2B engagement is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with dealership operations, retail sales processes, and CRM systems will be advantageous.
