We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about cars, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers in a friendly, skilled manner and listen carefully to their concerns
- Advise customers on required maintenance, tire options, and repair services based on vehicle inspection and manufacturer recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates, repair orders, and invoices using our shop management software
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure their complete satisfaction
- Promote OK Tire products, warranties, and seasonal tire changeover services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter area

What We’re Looking For:





- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer service role (automotive or tire industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and tire applications (training provided if needed)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with shop management systems like Costar would be an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract
