Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing honest recommendations and upselling additional services when appropriate
- Write detailed repair orders, accurately documenting customer concerns and technician instructions
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns
- Maintain thorough records of all service activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions
Skills
- Skilled in software use like Protractor, Auto repair (training will be provided).
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
- Strong mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to effectively communicate technical issues
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts inventory management
- Skilled in cash handling, POS systems, and basic administrative tasks
- Effective communication skills to liaise between customers and technicians seamlessly
