Automotive Service Technician – 310S Certified

About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician (310S Certified) to join our professional dealership team. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced shop environment and is motivated by flat‑rate performance. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering consistent, high‑quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Complete all work in accordance with OEM specifications, warranty requirements, and dealership policies
- Document findings, recommendations, and completed repairs clearly and thoroughly
- Maintain productivity expectations under the flat‑rate (SFT/STST) pay structure
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members to support workflow
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and skill development
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional shop environment

Qualifications





- 310S Automotive Service Technician Certification – required
- Minimum 2–3 years dealership or equivalent repair facility experience
- Robust diagnostic capability with modern vehicle systems, including electrical and drivability
- Ability to work efficiently within a flat‑rate pay system
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean abstract
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
