We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems.
- Familiarity with dealership practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required for vehicle repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
