We are seeking a senior AWS Cloud / Infrastructure Specialist to support a large-scale Contact Center Transformation initiative within a Financial Services environment. This resource will be responsible for AWS infrastructure engineering, Amazon Connect integrations, Terraform development, cloud networking, analytics pipeline delivery, and client-facing technical leadership.

Additional Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, and KMS.

Strong AWS networking experience including VPCs, NAT Gateways, Route 53, and AWS PrivateLink.

Experience with OAuth2 authentication and secure API integrations.

Solid infrastructure automation and cloud platform engineering experience.

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Financial Services experience.

AWS certifications.

CloudWatch monitoring and operational support experience.

Experience supporting contact center transformation programs.

Experience leading technical workshops and architecture discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build,



and maintain AWS infrastructure across environments.

Develop infrastructure using Terraform and reusable platform modules.

Lead Amazon Connect API integrations utilizing AWS PrivateLink, OAuth2, VPC networking, Route 53, NAT Gateways, and TLS configurations.

Design and support AWS analytics and reporting data pipelines.

Manage CloudWatch monitoring, alerting, and operational support.

Coordinate technical dependencies across client, platform, and delivery teams.

Act as a client-facing technical lead, facilitating workshops, status meetings, and cross-functional delivery activities.
