Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Contact Center, AWS, and Integration Engineering.
- Robust hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS Connect solutions.
- Experience integrating AWS Connect with enterprise platforms and APIs .
- Strong experience with API development and integration architecture .
- Experience with CIAM / Authentication Services and secure integrations.
- Strong hands-on AWS cloud engineering and development experience.




- Experience working with enterprise contact center technologies.

We are seeking experienced Senior AWS Connect Engineers to support enterprise contact center migrations and Agentic AI initiatives across multiple business units, including Insurance, Wealth, CPB, and AMCB. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, integrating, and modernizing AWS Connect solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS cloud services, contact center technologies, enterprise API integrations, CIAM/authentication services, and ideally Agentic AI or Generative AI solutions.
