Tier 1: 10% commission on your first 4 closed properties.

Tier 2: 5% commission on all subsequent volume properties.

1 Corridor Closed (4 lots) = $2,200.00 cash/month.

2 Corridors Closed (8 lots) = $3,300.00 cash/month.

3 Corridors Closed (12 lots) = $4,400.00 cash/month.

We manage exclusive facility agreements for corporate parking networks.We provide high-speed, automated active weather property maintenance.We target multi-million dollar institutional assets and commercial fleet properties.We are launching an aggressive pre-season blitz.We need exactly one face-to-face B2B sales hunter.You will own the Southwestern Ontario corridor.

Automotive industry insider.Or former dealership sales manager.Or experienced B2B route sales rep (Cintas, Snap-On).You speak the language of corporate asset owners.You have a relentless face-to-face closing style.You own a reliable vehicle to run the physical territory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Execute cold B2B property walk-ins.Bypass gatekeepers and track down General Managers.Present our 8:30 AM Visual Readiness Guarantee.Lock down fleet accounts before winter hits.
