Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Representative who understands digital marketing and can confidently sell agency services to business owners. This is a full-time, performance-driven sales role focused on outbound calling, lead follow-up, booking meetings, presenting marketing solutions, sending proposals, and closing new clients.

Compensation

- Base Salary: $37,000/year
- Commission: 5% to 10% recurring commission every month
- Average Deal Size: $1000–$5,000/month
- Expected OTE: $57,000–$82,000/year

Responsibilities

- Make 40–50 outbound calls per day
- Follow up with company-provided leads
- Book qualified sales meetings
- Attend discovery and sales meetings
- Present marketing solutions to business owners
- Prepare and send customized proposals
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Track daily sales activity and pipeline
- Report daily to the Sales Manager
- Support client handoff and onboarding after the sale
- Maintain strong communication with prospects and new clients
- Proven expertise in B2B sales with a strong track record of closing deals in a competitive environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to articulate value propositions convincingly
- Business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends, client needs, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively
- Leadership qualities to motivate team collaboration and drive results in a rapid-paced setting
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies relevant to B2B environments

Requirements





- Previous experience selling digital marketing services
- Agency sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, lead generation, and social media marketing
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based KPIs

Monthly performance expectations

- 800–1,000 outbound calls
- 40–60 meetings attended
- 5–10 new clients closed
- Minimum 15% meeting-to-close ratio
