Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Baker/Chef to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious baked goods and culinary items, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cookies, muffins, pastries, and specialty items with precision and flair
- Prepare ice cream using our in store machine. Creating new recipes after mastering existing recipes.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking for in-store offerings and special events
- Maintain strict food handling and safety standards throughout all stages of production
- Package baked goods and prepared foods attractively for sale or takeout orders
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations

Requirements

- Proven experience in baking, cooking,



or food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Experience with kitchen equipment, packaging supplies, and food industry standards is preferred
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
