Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a in the food industry. As a baker/Bakers assistant you will be responsible for baking, food preparation, packaging, cookie decorating, making drinks and providing excellent customer service. If you have a love for the kitchen, enjoy creating delicious treats, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

- Bake a variety of goods - mostly cookies.
- Part-time, must be willing to work weekends - minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Prepare ingredients for recipes and follow established recipes accurately
- Bake and assemble menu items according to customer orders
- Package finished products for display or delivery
- Decorate cookies with precision and creativity
- Work the front end which includes making coffee/drinks and packaging customer orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area




- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations

Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products are produced
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
