In this role, you will:

- Prepare and maintain sourdough starter and levain.
- Mix, divide, shape, and proof bagel dough.
- Boil and bake bagels to company standards.
- Monitor fermentation and dough development throughout production.
- Follow recipes and production schedules with consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
- Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation.
- Work efficiently during early morning shifts.





What we’re looking for:

- Baking experience preferred (bread or bagels is an asset).
- Passion for artisan baking and fermentation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
