Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate packaging and handle product packing efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Follow strict food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, batch numbers, and quality checks using basic math skills.
- Support the cleaning schedule to ensure all work areas meet sanitation requirements and food industry regulations.





Requirements

- Prior experience or familiarity with packaging, manufacturing, or food processing environments is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training upon hire.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking, measurements, and quality control documentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a rapid-paced setting.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
