Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet and private events in a professional and timely manner.
- Set up and break down banquet bar stations, ensuring all glassware, garnishes, and supplies are fully stocked.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests while maintaining a high level of hospitality.
- Follow all liquor laws, company policies, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
- Accurately process drink orders and handle cash or POS transactions when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Work closely with banquet servers and event staff to ensure smooth event service.
- Assist with post-event cleanup and proper storage of bar equipment and supplies.
- Deliver a positive guest experience and represent the venue professionally at all times.

Working Condition Physical effort Written and Verbal Skill

- Shifts are scheduled within a seven-day period. A shift may be assigned at any of the following times: early morning, day and/or evening, weekends and holidays as determined by business requirements. On this basis flexibility and cooperation is required.




- Work is primarily inside - air-conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter. During the summer (weather permitting) service and supervision may be required outdoors.
- Last minute changes in business volume: including additional business, last minute change in specifications, and or cancellations, may in turn result, in a shorter shift or extended shift, and/or additional shifts.
- Employees’ will stand, walk, and move around as circumstances, business levels and work load dictate.
- Employees will be required from time to time to lift or carry light equipment, resources or product of moderate weight. For example trays, banquet serving dish a case of beer, wine liquor and pop.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, professionally and politely with guests and team members.
- Must be able to read and communicate details on BEO. Must understand menus and how a particular menu should be served. In addition must be able to detect and question discrepancies that may arise from time to time.
