Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their assigned tables with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Set up banquet areas according to event specifications, ensuring all tables are properly arranged and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing attentive service that exceeds expectations.
- Clear tables promptly after each course or event segment, ensuring the space remains tidy and inviting.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in event breakdowns by cleaning tables, resetting spaces, and ensuring all equipment is properly stored.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or banquet serving is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tables, and lift moderate loads as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for setting up and maintaining service areas.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
