Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following all health and safety regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations on styles and products
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling payments efficiently
- Foster positive relationships through excellent customer service,

- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative styling options

Requirements

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in hair styling techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic workspace
- Ability to upsell services confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and retail sales at the front desk
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
