Position Summary

As a Barber at Classic Art Barber Shop, you will provide high-quality grooming services while creating a positive and memorable experience for every client. You will combine technical expertise, professionalism, and excellent customer service to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to a clean, friendly, and energetic shop atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Perform professional barbering services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, line-ups, hot-towel shaves, and grooming treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles that suit their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Manage appointments efficiently and assist with scheduling when needed.
- Educate clients on grooming techniques and recommend retail products to support their hair and beard care routines.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, qualified, and supportive work environment.

Qualifications
- Valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience providing barbering services in a professional setting preferred.
- Strong skills in modern and traditional haircutting, fading, beard grooming, and shaving techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation and infection-control practices.
