Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with customers, staff, and management Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Starbucks policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Accurately take customer orders and process transactions Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products according to established recipes and standards Ensure beverage and food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies At Aramark, developing recent skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.

Must be flexible and able to work various shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)



Ability to accurately prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards Food Safe certification preferred Demonstrates a friendly attitude and commitment to customer service This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
