Parlor - a cozy cocktail bar - St. Tropez Bistro - an intimate dining spot with over 40 years of history. Both are located in the same historic building in Saskatoon’s bustling entertainment district and are seeking passionate, experienced people to add to their small, agile team.

The bartending position requires a minimum of two years of cocktail bartending experience - the serving position requires a minimum of one year upscale wine & dining service experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all guests and addressing their needs promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring adherence to cocktail syllabus




- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Collaborate on the creation of cocktail menu

Must be available to work evenings, Wednesday to Sunday (we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays) Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.75-$16.50 per hour
