Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering responsibilities with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment while providing attentive service
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth operation without delays




- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations related to food handling and alcohol service

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is highly desirable
