Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and creative bartender to join our small team. In this role, you will be required to develop new signature cocktails frequently. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and constant innovation are required to maintain a constantly evolving atmosphere where guests return frequently. You will have free reign over the cocktail menu, with access to local produce.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

- Operate POS (TouchBistro) to accurately process orders and payments while maintaining cash handling accuracy.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills during busy service periods.

- Monitor guest consumption responsibly,



ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and policies.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive guest experience from start to finish.

- Maintaining stock levels and communicating with front of house manager and kitchen

- Polishing all glassware, running drinks, taking takeout orders

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience and menu development required

- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.

- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

- Experience in cashiering or food service roles demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
