We took everything you love about a classic down-to-earth neighbourhood hangout - the killer playlists, ice-cold drafts, the unpretentious energy and gave it a MASSIVE upgrade. We are talking pristine, top-tier pool tables, a warm welcoming bar, and a space designed specifically for good times.

We’ve already got an amazing team bringing the business up front, but we are looking for someone special to help us bring the party to the back.

Are you a master of the pour with a personality that keeps the crowd coming back? Mullets Billiards and Bar is looking for a rockstar part-time bartender/server to fuel the fun. The ideal candidate will manage the bar operations with efficiency, deliver exceptional hospitality to our patrons and maintain a clean, organized service setting. This individual will also have experience in table service.

Must be available for late nights and weekends.

Some Key Responsibilities

- Opening and closing duties
- Craft and serve standard as well as signature cocktails with a focus on presentation and consistency
- Pouring the perfect pint while being able to confidently explain tasting notes, hops and flavor profiles as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging guests, understanding their preferences and recommending drinks.




- Ability to provide wrap around service - strong knowledge of steps of service.
- Ensure proper restocking of bar supplies and service areas
- Input orders into our POS system, manage open tabs, process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Move between the bar and the floor to greet guests, take orders and deliver orders promptly.
- Keep pool tables clean and ready to use which includes but is not limited to; cleaning pool balls, checking pool cue tips, keeping table felt clear of any debris.
- Verify guest ID’s strictly and monitor intoxication levels to ensure safety according to Alberta ProServe standards

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a bartender and server that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Someone who values community and offers mutual support to coworkers.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic options.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Toast POS system would be an asset for ringing up orders quickly and efficiently
- Reliable with the ability to communicate well with guests and colleagues
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task during busy hours while maintaining high standards of service

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
